Rockland Central School District will dismiss early today, Wednesday, Dec. 10. The MS/HS will dismiss at 11:45 a.m.. The ES will dismiss at 11:30 a.m.. All after-school and evening activities are canceled, except the BOE executive session. The ES concert is postponed until Dec. 11.

Rockland schools to host winter concerts

Members of the Rockland Central School District will soon have chances to see their musical Wolves in action during their winter concerts.

The Grade 3-6 Winter Concert will take place at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, in the Rockland Elementary Auditorium in Roscoe. The concert will include all students in third and fourth grade as well as any fifth and sixth grade students in band or choir. The snow date will be Thursday, Dec. 11. The concert will be livestreamed.

The Middle/High School Winter Concert will be held at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, in the Rockland MS/HS auditorium in Livingston Manor. 

The Middle and High School Band and Chorus ensembles will perform. The snow date will be Thursday, Dec. 18.

The public is encouraged to attend the concerts.
